  • Abstract
    A novel multifunctional platform for biochemical assay is proposed based on electrochemistry, spectro-electrochemistry and photo-electro-chemistry. It is firstly testified by the experimental results that this platform could provide both whole wave length and high intensity optical source, by which full spectrum analysis could be satisfied. At the same time, the monochromic examination could also be accomplished by the optical grating based monochromator. Then this photo-electronic-biochemical synthetical biochemistry detection system was verified in a typical model of the analytical chemistry based on potassium ferricyanide solutions. The concentrations of potassium ferricyanide were varied from 10-5 mol/L to 10-2 mol/L. It is believed this synthetic biochemistry system will have great potential in chemical and biomedical analysis.
