Abstract
10kV distribution line has the characteristics of compact structure, smaller distance between the lines, and complex live working environment. These characteristics become the live working safety risk. The relationship among these safety factors is complex and nonlinear and these factors include live working management, live workers, live working instruments, live working surroundings and so on. In order to evacuate the safety of the distribution line live working factors, we use analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to establish the distribution live working safety evaluation index system structure in this paper. The use of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is to establish a distribution line live working comprehensive evaluation model. Based on this method, we can analyze the comprehensive fuzzy evaluation of live working quantitatively, and confirm the safety grade of the system. The results can provide the references for the evaluation of 10 kV distribution line live working.
