Abstract :
The structural properties and stabilization of NCS with bandwidth constraint is studied. The communication sequences which make the input and output available in a time-sharing mode are proposed to reduce the effect of bandwidth constraint. Then the networked control system is modeled as a linear time-variant system. The reachability and observability condition are given. The method used to select the communication sequences which can guarantee the reachability and observability is proposed. Furthermore, the sufficient condition of stability for output feedback system is presented in term of linear matrix inequality. At last, a numerical example is given to verify the effectiveness of the method presented in this paper.
