Abstract :
Following the progress of social interaction technology, the learning and teaching environment has changed, especially in higher education, into a new learning environment called Mobile learning environment. This is a case study of M-learning environment based on micro-blogs and cellular phones, and the content of which is Educational Communication. In view of the advances of micro-blogging, and the status of cellular phone usage among college students, we try creating a highperformance learning mode which is a hybrid of traditional learning(face to face learning), e-learning(web-based learning) and m-learning, and we do find it is a productive and dynamic environment for collaborative learning. The innovation of this study is integrating micro-blogging and cellular phones into learning, and building a new architecture of m-learning for higher educator.
