Abstract
The paper focuses on the implementation of WiMAX in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH). A brief overview of the regulatory and legislative framework for the service implementation is given. It encompasses review of present characteristics of telecommunications market in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
