Abstract :
This paper discusses the conditions of reaching network synchronization for the nearest-neighbor coupled complex networks based on topology structure. It is found that the networks can realize synchronization if the dynamics of the nodes is stable. Then a novel concept of capable feedback synchronization (CFS) is presented. Based on this concept, the synchronization problems of the nearest-neighbor coupled networks are investigated. Moreover, the concept of control attenuation rate is proposed to study the capability of pinning control for this kind of networks. Finally, different control strategies are designed and compared. The results are interesting and meaningful.
