It has been aroused the attention of professionals that how to realize the sustainable development of medical informatics education. In this paper, we study the teaching objectives and curriculum system combined with the teaching practice, and come up with the characteristic and differentiation strategies which is suitable for the development of medical informatics. To be specific, by implementing differentiation strategies in the development process of medical informatics, combined with electronic information technology, medical knowledge and the practice of medical information.
