  • Abstract
    This paper expatiates on the principle and control strategy of automatic control of voltage and reactive power on the side of dispatch, and design the software based on it. The system implements closed loop control of voltage and reactive power (VQC) through the mode of centralized control between the dispatch automation system (SCADA/ EMS) of the power network on the side of dispatch and the spot adjusting and controling device on the side of substation, attain control over optimization of the entire power network,and it´s applying in power supply companies in a certain region, resulting in a good effect.
