Abstract :
Label checking is a necessary step in wine factories which was done after wine filling and before packing. Checking whether there are labels on the bottles were done by manpower traditionally. There are many disadvantages of manual checking like low speed and low reliability. To improve the situation, a label checking system for flat bottles was researched and designed. The system uses automatic equipments such as PLC, photoelectric sensors, operator interface, rotating encoder and has the functions of checking, displaying, rejecting and alarming. It can check label of bottles in high speed. Now the label checking system works in a stable and precise condition and meets the factory´s demands for accuracy and speed perfectly.
