  • Abstract
    Development a Three-dimensional digital based on MEMS sensor, which has the same mass and external dimensions with the normal discus. It can measure the information of acceleration and angular velocity in discus throw. Through calibrating experiments, the digital discus has good linearity and high accuracy, work reliability and better antijamming. This digital discus can be used to collect the signals sent out when throwing the discus on the whole process and carry through the dynamics analysis. It has been applied in the daily training. The mechanical design, force measuring principle and field experiment of the instrument are discussed in detail. Experiment results show that the information measuring method is correct and the instrument system is effective.
