Based on TOPSIS value engineering in manufacturing enterprise logistics cost management application research

Value engineering, as an important part of modern management methods vigorously advocated by the country, plays a significant role in terms of improving the management level of manufacturing enterprises´ logistics cost. This paper uses the principle of value engineering to manage manufacturing enterprises´ logistics cost, and applies TOPSIS methods to the segment of functional evaluation of value engineering; finally verifies the practicality and feasibility of the methods. To some extent, it is presented to give reference to domestic manufacturing enterprises´ logistics cost management.
