Abstract :
The purpose of the research is to test and calculate the athletes´ internal strength and muscular torque of knee and ankle at different postures during Tai Chi Exercise through researching fourteen excellent Chinese Wushu athletes, taking embracing knee and bending step as typical actions and applying reverse dynamics as basic theory. The result shows that in some extent the change of the postures may cause the change of load intensity, but may not be the main factor of joint injury and pain. The quantity of load may be regarded as the main factor. Controlling time and frequency should be the most important factor for avoiding joint injury and pain.
