The system of disclosure of government is an important part of e-government construction, also the only way to build the service-oriented public sector. The works local governments do on the system of disclosure of government determine the level of the whole system. This composition starts from the situation of several local governments working on disclosure of government information, then analyze the current constraints and strategies of the information disclosure regime construction.
