Abstract :
The aim of this paper is to achieve an evaluation of the measurement uncertainty in electrostatic discharge immunity tests, in order to improve their repeatability. We described the main stages of budget uncertainty implementation and then we prepared a budget uncertainty, taking into account the error sources. Finally, we calculated the combined uncertainty and the expanded uncertainty for the current discharge parameters.
