Abstract :
In this paper it will be analyzed a current waveforms of electrostatic discharge obtained from electrostatic discharge generator designed in SPICE Software, a waveforms obtained by the analytical methods using a dedicated software, Mat Lab, and the results will be compared with real waveforms in order to analyze the current pulse associated with electrostatic discharge.
