Abstract :
In the traditional photoelastic experiment, We have to get isochromatic and isoclinic stripes, to be a very tedious work. Most of the work requires manual operation to complete, low efficiency, low precision, thus limiting the accuracy of results. This article uses a digital photoelastic image processing method, using phase shift technique, re-derivation and demonstration of the phase difference formula to reduce the calculation error. Digital Photoelasticity technology measurement accuracy has been improved. To further improve the digital photoelastic technique was useful to explore.
