In this era of knowledge-driven economy, the IT industry has stepped out of its backstage role to affect directly or indirectly the development of other industries. Therefore, the cultivation of IT talents and the market´s competition for them has become an issue of profound concern. In order to better prepare college-level software graduates for real-time work in enterprises and reduce the adaptation time frame, effective cooperation between institutions of higher education and enterprises is required. However, as such cooperation still remains to be explored with trials, pre-positive fostering mode, with its multiple merits, has proved to be an optimal model for university-enterprise cooperation and talent transference.
