Abstract :
The paper analysed current domestic and international terry let-off control system of terry loom. The control principle, project, hardware and software of the terry let-off control system of loom gived in this paper are described. DSP is the main controller in this control system. The control system gets the real-time tension by sensor and the tension deviation by comparing to gived value. According to the tension deviation, the terry let-off control system gets the value to control let-off motor by Fuzzy-PID arithmetic. Therefore, the gived terry let-off control system of loom is a real time intelligent closed loop system. Experiments show that the system can well meet the control requirements of terry warp tension Of terry loom, and it works below the speed of 380 rev/min.
