Abstract :
A small digital optical transceiver (DOT) used to control the PTZ (Pan/Tilt/Zoom) is specially designed and produced in this paper. With a high using value and well works effect, the hardware circuit of the DOT is simple, its cost and signal transmission is low and stable.
