Abstract :
This article presents main objective of a series of measures that can be afforded by the public administration to develop a specific tourist area. With the proposed methodology based on theory of the forgotten effects seeks to uncover what kind of help will be more effective and provide greater impact on growth and development of the area in question. This is a study of efforts in the public and private investment that can maximize the impact in the medium and long term.
