The authors report on the practice of project evaluation procedures and indicators on the financial system and the application of technical operations demonstrate the objective reality of misconduct, the report describes the investment project appraisal procedures in the financial evaluation of key requirements and requires the use of index system, describes each proof steps need to adopt the relevant economic indicators, analyzes the technical principle of the indicators, measurement methods and analytical techniques required guidance.
