Through influencing factors of knowledge management established by core competitiveness of the higher vocational and technical institutes. The article constructes higher vocational and technical institutions knowledge management strategy evaluation system and determines the evaluation weight value. Using fuzzy mathematics theory to carry out empirical analysis on knowledge management of higher vocational technical institutions, and realise dynamic management on knowledge management performance evaluation of higher vocational and technical institutions.
