Abstract :
A current-mode BiCMOS Track&hold circuit suitable for high-speed low-supply voltage applications is presented. The circuit works with a supply voltage of 2.5 V and a clock frequency of 50 MHz. It is shown that the BiCMOS realization of SI-circuits offers a good trade-off between power consumption and precision for high-speed applications where a high precision is not needed
