Abstract :
Sports Associations are an important foundation of modern sports, why this is necessary from the sports community, why and how could the three perspective for a new Chinese sports associations of the presence of base (philosophical side, the economic side, the political side, sports area), human base and operating mechanism (formation mechanism, operating mechanism, control conditions), the rational basis of sports associations are analyzed in-depth study of the germinal Sports Associations operating mechanism to promote the healthy development of sports associations.
