Abstract :
To meet the needs of employees growing, training costs increase and better resources sharing, a UML-based instant communication system of enterprise was established to implement study, exchange and training inside enterprise. The paper analyzes in detail the UML modeling based on the system requirement and designs the use-case model, static model and dynamic model which give a kind of visual framework for the design of instant communication system. It introduces the system development environment based on J2EE platform, and the system schematic diagram which assumes O3W middleware technology. The designed system has been applied in some enterprises and has good effects in enterprise management and communication and training.
