Abstract :
With the development of the electronic technology, the cooling issue of electronic equipment is more and more severe. The traditional way of air cooling can´t well meet the requirement. Spray cooling, especially spray cooling with phase change, is an efficient solution to high-heat-flux cooling. It will probably be applied extensively to the cooling of large scale electronic equipment. This paper firstly introduces the design of the experimental device, which is used to study the spray cooling of electronic chips. Then the experiment process is described in detail. It generally demonstrates the feasibility of two-phase spray cooling being applied to large-scale electronic equipment.
