Abstract :
The purpose of this paper is to develop a method of charging with pulses whose frequency is imposed on the battery. Battery internal resistance changes depending on the charging status. A battery changes its actual capacity and also internal resistance, over time and therefore, frequency conditions can be imposed using dielectric and electrochemical impedance methods according to the battery status.
