Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.

This paper shows that the bilingual teaching plays an important role in universities and it mainly aims at raising university students´ comprehensive ability. Combined the practice of bilingual teaching with media on advanced mathematics, the authors provide new ideas to the new course reformation on bilingual teaching.
