With the improvement of computer technology, the previous methods haven´t conformable to new situation, for example for the students don´t well understand relative theory, and is short of innovative ideology and innovative ability, and don´t know how to use knowledge of computer to improve their professional ability. The paper presents a new foundation course system to overcome the problems. Our System is composed of innovative module, basic teaching module and information platform. Our approach not only avoids many drawbacks in teaching but also quickly gets response of students. It improves the innovative ideology and innovative ability of the students, the results indicate that the new teaching system is very effective and validate from good achievements.
