  • Abstract
Boron and fluorine co-doped TiO2 powders were prepared by hydrolysis of titanium tetra-n-butyl oxide in a mixed NH4F-H3BO3-H2O solution. The resulting powders were characterized by XRD and XPS. The photocatalytic activities of co-doped samples were evaluated by the decomposition of 4-chlorophenol under visible light irradiation. The degradation rate of 4-chlorophenol was enhanced by F-B-codoping TiO2 under visible tight. The TOC analysis verified that 4-chlorophenol had been mineralized efficiently with F-B-codoping TiO2 under visible light.
