Abstract :
Based on the proposed electric payment-channel´s operation and the requirement of present power company´s need, this paper further analysis the true payment data which come from a certain area and according to the optimal method it puts forward a best optimized payment scheme. This study aims at reasonablely planning and scientifically managing the existing electric payment-channels, which can deals with the growing demands of the power users and the developing electricity-service system´s needs of the intelligent power grids.
