Abstract :
In this paper, we proposed the key steps in the 3D modeling of digital city, and established 3D geographic information platform combine with the construction of urban emergency rescue, systemically expound the concrete measures and approaches of the 3D GIS development in the microscopic field, provide crucial technological channels to rapidly build large-region real scenes, and explore its specific applications in urban emergency management.
