Abstract :
This paper introduces the inverse piezoelectric effect of piezoelectric sensors, as well as the principles and operation methods of optical sensors. Analyzed how the piezoelectric sensors and photoelectric sensors receiver works, meanwhile, explained how to use the optoelectronic scanning method to search the optical sensors so that we can use it to orientation, and how to test tool as well as fixture´s location automatically, then orientation automatically.
