Abstract :
Online monitoring of power transformer partial discharge is the guarantee of reliability of power supply, which is the advanced project of on-line monitoring and diagnostics for high voltage and insulation. In this paper it is applied the method of HHT for signal processing and analysis. The method not only controls the random noise by the greatest extent, but also that retains partial discharge waveform. The HHT is the most effective method which extract the feature of transformer partial discharge.
