Abstract :
In the oil-field artesian well process, the ejected smoke temperature of the diesel engine is generally very high, this resulted in a great deal of loss with hot ejected smoke. Aim at this problem, put forward to settle the waste heat recovery project that a heat exchanger is installed after the diesel engine muffler. The thesis passes an actual circumstance of investigate the artesian well diesel engine, making use of experience work data of the artesian well diesel engine to compute the ejected smoke temperature of the diesel engine and the relation of the efficiency, the ejected smoke quantity and enthalpy of the smoke etc., completing the burnable calculation of the artesian well diesel engine, carrying on changing the hot machine design calculation, and draw CAD diagram, and to under different burden changed hot function to carry on an evaluation, draw up calculator procedure. Compute the result confirm that project is viable, can provide around 100 °C life using water, having certain practical value.
