With high speed development in national economy and more and more fine on social work divided, specialization level including design specialization, construction specialization and project management specialization on construction industry enhances continually, then many management problems emerge along with this new trend. This article focuses on current engineering design specialization status, problem existed and management method need to take to establish construction specialization market, relevant bylaw and monitoring system, enhance healthy development of specialization on construction industry.
