Abstract :
Since the student loans in China, the noncompliance risk has deeply affected and troubled the development of student loans policy. As the price of student loans, the interest rate directly affects the behavior of student. In this paper, we regard the repayment of student decision-making as a multistage strategic choice, so the noncompliance of students in previous period should be considered into the formulation of the interest rate in current period. By analyzing the behavior of students and banks based on evolutionary games under the floating-rate policy, we will explore the noncompliance factors and provide a theoretical reference for policy recommendation.
