To boost the economic strength of our country is lies on the base of equipment manufacturing and the development of high-tech industry of the country. China as a developing country, developing equipment manufacturing industry and high-tech industry vigorously and reconstructing the synergy development of them is the trend. Thus, the research on traditional manufacturing industry and high-tech industry synergetic development, has most important significance on both theoretically and practical. First, this paper introduces interact mechanism between equipment manufacturing industry and high-tech industry and analyze the effect of synergy development detailedly. Second, this paper makes a over-all summary of effective factors of synergy development of equipment manufacturing industry and high-tech industry. Beside this, this paper reduces the quantity of effective factors by rough-set theory. At last, this paper builds up a quantificational model in order to get to the bottom of relationship between effective factors and synergy development.
