Abstract
Emulsion pump station is an important equipment of comprehensive mechanized coal mining face. In view of the problem that traditional speed regulation system of emulsion pump station has more mechanical loss, this essay puts forward the design scheme of a kind of emulsion pump has variable frequency speed regulation system. In the passage, the author Introduces the design thought of fault diagnosis system, expounds the system structure, the working process of the reasoning machine, knowledge representation and knowledge acquisition approach. Through above analyses, this paper proposes a combination of artificial neural network and fuzzy expert system for the new method of fault diagnosis grading, in use of classification of fault diagnosis for emulsion pump. Thus, people can timely find and eliminate all kinds of problems, prevent from emergencies, and ensure the safety of coal mine operation. And have a good energy-saving effect, saving 46.2% per year, saving electricity 281,145 yuan.
