Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

With universities expanding the enrollment, the situation that university students obtain employment is grim day by day, especially for graduate of economic management specialities in common universities as they are easier to suffer from the pressure of seeking for job opportunities. In order to go with the stream, the implementing plan for “2+1+1” do-pioneering-work pattern is advanced, as selecting the apporiate students and determing the directors for do-pioneering-work must be designed, while the monitoring and inspecting system will be improved, and the problem arising during the procedure of carrying out the pattern should be given more attention.
