Abstract :
In the last 10 years, each of the year there are so many Vietnamese workers to work in the Taiwan´s industrial manufacturies. Their main task for grass-roots physical labor. The Vietnamese labor and Taiwan the Labor living environment, education, such as economic conditions because of the different to work and life to Vietnamese workers entrepreneurs have led to many problems. The main aim of the research to put the Hofstede scholars in 1993 output from the national cultural framework and Lu Hofstede against the national cultural value questionnaire survey amendment Vietnamese labor and Taiwan labor national cultural value the extent of differences, and thereafter to obtain Vietnamese labor at the national cultural value management trend. The research will be the management trends and the existing enterprises Vietnamese labor management in the management of management and lives combined, and build a more suitable for Vietnamese labor management system for entrepreneurs. The research to that management system could assist the enterprises foreign labor management and let management can alleviate Vietnamese labor the work-life management the pressure.
