Abstract :
In this paper, according to users´ need, a leakage protector operation regulation plan is put forward, and a whole system function model is established. The whole system design is completed according to the engineering software development request, then an operation regulation system is put forward creatively based on GPRS and PDA. The system is designed briefly and in detail in this paper, the hardware block diagram and software flow chart of leakage protector operation regulation system are obtained, and the link between PDA and PC is realized using a pipe. The PDA and PC database and their data exchange are developed and designed, and the man-machine interface software is designed on Windows and PDA platform. Connecting with the production practice, at last, the engineering value of this system in improving the reliability of power distribution network operation and equipment management level is validated.
