This research is based on sufficient teaching practices, from the existed problems of post universal ability of students in vocational school of higher education, by practical research and analysis. The research has defined the post universal ability of international commercial business students in vocational school of higher education, and has set up the training method of post ability, connection method of a serial of classes, and evaluation method of ability development. The research has also build up the internet stage for students´ vocational career, and a complete, systematic and various training method for students´ post ability.
