Study on an interoperable cloud framework for e-Education

As technologies like virtualization and cloud computing assume important places within the IT landscape, in this paper, we firstly introduce the current situation of e-Education in China, then present the interoperable cloud framework using open source software for e-Education public service platform, at last make proposals of the integration and interoperation standards roadmap of educational cloud and service. Our aim is to provide open standards-based cloud services for e-Learning and e-Research and e2-Govement, building the cloud computing-based e-Education services environment.
