In the era of knowledge economy, the function that social science research propel the society forward as a kind of productive forces and resolve social contradictions become increasingly apparent. As of the end of the 10th Five-years Plan, there has achieved a number of social science achievements, but the studies indicated that they haven´t been widely used. Therefore, the conversion of these achievements has become an urgent problem to be solved in order to keep a sustainable development. In this paper, a new concept that the conversion of social science achievements-based knowledge map has been offered as a further study about the use of knowledge map technology and also conducted an exploration of its construction.
