Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

The research carried out research-based learning practice in the teaching of public course of Modern Educational Technology designing and carrying out research-based learning teaching activities. The research analyzed the effect of research-based learning on training of normal student´s information literacy trough the comparing of effects of survey and case study.
