Abstract :
Learning society is the one in order to support lifelong learning. Community is the basic unit of society and building learning community have to establish the concept of lifelong learning for training individuals to the pursuit their own knowledge systematically and their comprehensive and sustainable development. Network, especially the recent popular Micro-blog which has corporated mobile Internet and traditional Internet perfectly, has a great influence on people´s study, work and life. What´s more, it has a huge breakthrough in the aspect of communication effect, last but not least, it has promoted the construction of learning resources of learning community.
