Abstract :
Metamaterial is an artificial material. It has negative permittivity and negative permeability simultaneously and has attracted lot of attention in recent years. This paper investigates different shapes of metamaterial structure like rectangular split ring resonator, circular split ring resonator, omega shape and combination structure of the omega and CSRR or RSRR. The effective permeability and permittivity of different metamaterial structure calculated from S parameters.
