Currently the cause of our students´ Entrepreneurship prepare inadequately, lack of ability, is the short of domestic universities Entrepreneurship education. Most theoretical researches are independently on Entrepreneurship education and students Entrepreneurship influence factors. The paper takes Shanghai students for example, systematically discusses the structural factors of the influences and restricts of the university student´s Entrepreneurial tendency. Result shows: Research on perspective personality, school experience, business ability, business knowledge, and entrepreneurial attitude, these six factors has a positive impact on students´ entrepreneurship tendency. Meanwhile the paper points out, Higher education institutions carry on Entrepreneurship education should be start from Stimulate students´ entrepreneurial tendencies, the development of entrepreneurship education course based on students CAPS and building ecological system of college campus entrepreneurship education is the effective path selection.
