The thesis puts forward that knowledge management is built on the theory of business capability. On this assumption, the thesis builds a model of knowledge management theory based on the perspective of process with the attempt to found relatively complete knowledge management theory. The thesis believes that four kinds of knowledge exist in a corporation organization: individual tacit knowledge, individual explicit knowledge, organization explicit knowledge and organization tacit knowledge. And the organization tacit knowledge (organization culture) is important to the entire capability of enterprise organization. And between the exchanges of four kinds of knowledge, there are two kinds of different but relative process: organization learning and organization knowledge creation.
